- Codes are valid only for the period, products/collections, and minimum order value specified in the offer. Codes not used within their validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

- Only one Code may be applied per order, unless stated otherwise.
- Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, account, and delivery information, and to promptly update this information (including your email address and payment details) so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
If non-delivery or a failed delivery attempt occurs due to an error on your part (for example, an incorrect name, address, or contact number), any additional cost incurred by us for redelivery, return shipping, or storage may be charged to you. We reserve the right to refuse any customization request that appears to infringe another party's rights.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable time, either party may pursue resolution through the courts identified in Section 21, or, where both parties agree, through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Gandhinagar/Surat, Gujarat, and proceedings conducted in English.
